Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Quote2Invoice across the public site and authenticated app.
Effective date: April 22, 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Quote2Invoice, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service description
Quote2Invoice is a quote-to-invoice workspace for freelancers, artisans, and small businesses, including document workflows, payment tracking, reports, and file import/export. The product is local-first for operational workspace data.
3. Accounts and authentication
Some areas require sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining account security and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate account information and use lawful credentials.
4. Your data and responsibilities
You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and integrity of the business data you enter, import, export, or share through Quote2Invoice. You should keep secure backups of important records and protect exported files.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operations, upload malicious content, violate applicable law, or infringe third-party rights.
6. Intellectual property
Quote2Invoice software, branding, and related materials are owned by Jamal Eddi, independent developer or its licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the service.
7. Service availability and no warranty
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability, nor do we guarantee that all features will remain unchanged.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jamal Eddi, independent developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create security or legal risk, or misuse the service. You may stop using the service at any time.
10. Future paid features
Quote2Invoice currently presents free and preview plans, and paid/premium features may be introduced in the future. If billing is launched, pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms will be published before paid features become active.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms. The effective date at the top reflects the current version.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Republic of Italy, excluding its conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
